Wanton couplings produced beautiful creatures with almond eyes and skin that glowed fairest rose in the dark. There was doubt as to whether there could be offspring, and then would the offspring survive their alien matter?
On Earth, confused bloodlines produce pain and suffering in the young. That pain is obvious and manifests itself in their culture. On Verso, it was welcomed and the offspring were received with joy.
